When you'll get a full refund

• We can't provide your consultation, for example because the doctor is unavailable at the agreed time.
• You cancel before your consultation starts.
• You paid twice, or paid more than the fee, by mistake.

When refunds don't apply

• The consultation has already taken place.
• You didn't join at the agreed time and didn't tell us in advance.

How to ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +923416324146 or email info@vaccineuniverse.com, and include your payment screenshot. Approved refunds are returned to the JazzCash account you paid from within 7 working days.
