What we collect

• Browsing: you can read the site without an account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Your settings: your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your own browser.
• Comments: the name and comment you post are published. Your optional contact detail, IP address, and browser details are stored only as one-way hashes, used to prevent spam.
• Messages: if you send a request to the support inbox, we store your name, message, language, and any contact details you provide so our support team can reply. If you choose WhatsApp or email instead, that conversation happens on that service and is not stored in the support inbox.
• Video consultation bookings: your name, WhatsApp number and the time you chose, so we can confirm the appointment and your payment. Your IP address and browser details are kept in a security log with the booking.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address, your language, and when you signed up. Nothing else.
• Schedule PDF: the child's name and birth date you enter stay in your browser; they are never sent to us.

How we use it

• To answer support requests and provide consultations. Support inbox records are visible only to authorized support staff and can be deleted on request.
• To confirm bookings and payments, and to protect the booking system from abuse.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
• To moderate public comments and keep the community free of spam.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. Details you share for a consultation are seen only by the consulting doctor and the team supporting her.

Health information

Please don't post private health records, CNIC numbers, or addresses in public comments or the support form. Share personal medical details only in your private consultation.
